I grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania, lived in Central Texas for twelve years, the Poconos of Pennsylvania for fourteen years and in Ocala for the past seven years with my wife.

I spent more than 30 years as a Builder both in Texas and Pennsylvania. I served as President of the Builder's Association, President of the Rotary Club, and Chairman of many committees for both civic and professional organizations. I also received a Master Builders Designation from the National Association of Home Builders.

My in-depth training in real estate includes, Real Estate Practices, Economics, Certified in working with a Multicultural market,  Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investment, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.  My experience as a Home Builder gives me a unique perspective when working with a customer who is preparing to sell their home or for those who are seeking to purchase.
